This is a development of 5 large properties within an exclusive North East Lincolnshire village. The development consists of three very large 5/6 bedroom aspirational family homes and two contemporary detached houses sympathetic to the original Crew Yard buildings that originally stood on the land. This is a select development accessed off a private road, each home finished with unique features and with a close eye on design and quality.

 

The 2 contemporary houses incorporate full length windows to bring in light and showcase the space within these luxury homes. Private walled courtyard gardens integrate into these contemporary designs with the larger houses each stood in their own landscaped grounds.

The Lavender is a 280 sq metre (3,000 sq ft) house, built within an old stable yard. We incorporated full length windows to bring in light and showcase the space created within this luxury home. A fully private walled courtyard was integrated within this contemporary design.
