We work closely with our partner interior design company, Ophelia Blake Interior Design, to offer a full interior design service. Together, we can produce comprehensive interior design packages for all commercial and residential schemes.

Environmental sustainability

Finedale Construction recognises the impact that construction companies and our development projects have on the environment. As a result, we strive to integrate an awareness of wildlife in every development. 

 

We can provide and install insect hotels, hedgehog houses and bird boxes that are self-maintaining and act as an educational opportunity for everyone. In some previous developments, we’ve built allotments that homeowners can access and run as part of a wider community.

Aylesby

A 5 building construction project within Lincolnshire. With an eye on heritage, the buildings were designed in tribute to the original crew yard and within an old stable yard. We are incredibly proud of the light and space created within these luxury homes. Find out how we did it.

Simpsons Fold

Four individually designed large detached properties with the emphasis on material design providing modern-stylish homes full of light and space. One of our smaller development in the bustling community village of Lincolnshire. 

East Blight

A Victorian refurbishment with a two-storey extension in the City of Lincoln. Working together with Ophelia Blake Interior Designs, we loved the challenge of renovating around the building’s ‘Old Soul’ heart. Don’t you just love our mixture of old and new?
